How Can We Help You Today?
POS Terminal Setup
TrackThali supports all standard thermal printers utilizing thermal ESC/POS protocols. Connect your printer via USB, Wi-Fi, or Ethernet. In your TrackThali dashboard, navigate to Settings > Printer Setup, select your local printer model from the dropdown list, choose your print layout style, and click 'Test Print' to synchronize. Daily KOT printer routing can be configured from the kitchen module settings.
Yes! TrackThali has been designed with responsive styling and runs perfectly on modern Android tablets, iPads, Windows desktop terminals, and standard smart mobile devices using any browser. For localized speed, we recommend modern tablets with at least 4GB of RAM and standard Chrome or Safari browsers.
Kitchen display screens are integrated into the B2B dashboard. On the device located inside the kitchen, log in using your waiter or chef credentials and click 'Open KDS'. The queue will synchronize automatically, sorting tickets by preparation priority and alerting chefs with custom audio triggers when new tickets arrive.
Billing & Sales Auditing
All cancellations and bill voids are audited under the supervisor dashboard. Whenever a waiter attempts a transaction void, the terminal prompts for a supervisor authorization pin. Voids, discount levels, and daily cancellations are fully logged with timestamped reports under Dashboard > Reports > Sales Auditing.
Yes! TrackThali seamlessly integrates with major Indian payment gateways and credit swipe devices. Diners can scan a dynamic UPI QR code generated on the bill or screen to complete their payments instantly. The terminal updates its billing database in real-time once payment is confirmed.
Offline Database & Syncing
TrackThali has a robust offline local sync engine. If the network disconnects, your waiters can continue logging tables, routing menu orders, and printing physical bills. The system saves all pending data in its secure local storage database and synchronizes everything securely with our cloud servers as soon as internet connection is restored.
Your inventory depletion triggers instantly after every completed sale or void based on your configured recipes. If you sell a burger, the exact ounces of cheese and buns are depleted from your warehouse in real-time, sending supervisor alerts when items reach critical reorder parameters.
