Unauthorized Access

  • 2Overseeing employee authorization levels, active roles, and log-ins.
  • 3Handling and securing customer personal data, phone lists, and addresses collected for delivery in compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • 4Auditing kitchen tickets, voids, cash drawer balances, and loyalty payouts.
  • 5Compliance with food safety standards, license renewals, and regional business registration acts.

We are not responsible or liable for any restaurant operational decisions, order mistakes, ingredient errors, or end-customer disputes.

Section 8

We aim to provide a highly reliable cloud sync service with continuous POS updates. However, because operations rely on public internet protocols, we do not guarantee:

Continuous Uptime

Zero network lag or server synchronization delays during peak rush hours.

Error-Free System

Zero bugs in custom configurations, third-party printer integrations, or hardware.

Full Compatibility

Optimal styling on ancient mobile web browsers or custom customized tablet ROMs.

Temporary interruptions may periodically occur due to critical server maintenance, feature updates, localized internet backbone failures, power grids, or third-party API disruptions (such as payment gateways).

Section 9

Intellectual Property

All application files, database architecture, styling frameworks, graphic resources, user interface flows, brand marks, logos, and custom code modules are the exclusive intellectual property of CoreDigit Solutions.

Strict Restrictions:

Under no circumstances are users permitted to copy, translate, edit, distribute, reverse engineer, extract database schemes, or resell any section of our software without a prior written license agreement explicitly issued by CoreDigit Solutions.
